Usher launches new ‘UshBucks’ merch

Usher had the internet in a frenzy when reports surfaced claiming he had thrown fake money at a Las Vegas strip club in April. It turns out that Usher used his real coins to create some fake bills with his face on them – now known as “Usher Bucks”.

In fact, the bills were printed to promote Usher’s upcoming Las Vegas residence. Some of Usher’s friends and fellow artists have seen them move around with piles of bills on the gram, and it looks like Ush is ready to make some bread out of his investment.

Usher recently announced that he has launched a new line of goods inspired by his own bread. The “UshBucks” collection is available in Usher’s own online shop and offers items priced from 25 to 170 US dollars.

Usher made the announcement on his Instagram page, wearing a custom UshBucks suit, bucket hat and undershirt. He paired the fit with a pair of crisp white Air Force 1s.

As we previously reported, a dancer from the Sapphire Strip Club in Las Vegas posted photos of the Usher Bucks on Instagram, asking what other dancers might have done if the bills had been thrown on them.

Shortly afterwards, a representative from the club spoke out to sort things out until the end! The rep confirmed that Usher spent thousands of dollars on dancers, bottle service and waiters while he was there, leaving the Usher Bucks for promotional purposes.
