Rolling Ray says there’s a pattern for individuals to steal from homosexual artists and never credit score them in response to the ‘Massive Purrr’ controversy

Rolling Ray does not give up its ownership of the word “Purrr” as it seems bigger than his feud with artist Coi Leray.

Earlier on Friday, the two got involved with it through their respective songs. Just for a quick refresher, Coi Leray released her song “BIG PURR (Prdd)”, much to Rolling Ray’s chagrin, who claims he coined the phrase “Purrr”.

Rolling Ray released a diss track in response, essentially of the same title. On Friday he shared the success of his song in the charts and Coi quickly threatened legal action against him.

Just as it turned out the two had looked into the matter, Rolling Ray went live on Instagram Friday night to explain why he had released his version of the song.

Ray says it’s all about protecting what he’s created.

“When I released ‘Big Purrrr’, I did it to protect what I created,” said Ray while using a filter to target his fans live. “B **** it will steal s ** t from you and pretend you never did.”

He went on to talk about a major talk of artists taken from gay creators and not ascribing their work to them.

“And recently in the gay community people just took us and took and took and didn’t credit us,” Rolling Ray said. “So I had to give what should be given and the hell to eat it because I won’t play with myself in 2021. Yeah, I don’t see it.”

Not soon afterwards, Coi Leray responded with a few receipts of his own, hoping to end this argument between them once and for all.
