Olympic swimming sensation Katie Ledecky will add a few more gold medals to her collection during the Tokyo Olympics this summer. Aside from a rigorous training schedule, there are a few other things Katie counts on to get her ready for competition, like chocolate milk and BIC razors. Before leaving for Tokyo, the swimmer revealed her must-haves for the beach bag and her top performance tip.

“I’ve set myself big goals in and out of the water,” said Katie. “Some of the goals I’ve set myself over the years seemed unrealistic at first. They drive me and motivate me to achieve even more and work harder.”
