Warning: This article contains spoilers for Emily in Paris season three.
Don’t count Alfie out yet.
Season 3 of Netflix’s Emily in Paris didn’t end well for the English heartthrob, played by Lucien Laviscount– when he left his girlfriend Emily Cooper (LiliCollins) for her true feelings for Gabriel (Luke Bravo) were revealed.
But that doesn’t necessarily mean we’ve seen the last of Alfie, at least according to Lucien himself.
“It would be great to come back,” the actor exclusively told E! News at the show’s premiere on December 15 in New York City. “But honestly, I think I’ve had a really, really incredible two seasons on this show. It was really something special.”
So you say there is a chance!
Though Lucien said he didn’t envision Alfie crawling to Emily’s feet and begging her to pick him, insisting, “She might have to pull something out of her pocket to get the captain back.”
Lucien hopes a return for season four would further deepen Alfie’s journey. “Alfie in season two had this little cloud over his head,” he said. “He hated life. In season three, he gets his vulnerable side.”
