Leaked Pentagon Doc Helps Case for Trump Treason Fees

A leaked document from the Pentagon shows that Mike Pence ordered the military to vacate the Capitol on Jan. 6, but Trump did not.

The AP reported on the timeline in an internal Pentagon document it received:

The timeline adds another layer of understanding about the state of fear and panic as the uprising unfolded, exposing then-President Donald Trump’s inaction and how that void contributed to a slowed response from the military and law enforcement agencies.
