Democrats appear and take over the illegal acts of the Trump government.

Democrats of the Justice Committee of the House Justice Committee announced:

MP Jamie Raskin, a member of the House judicial committee, joined a dozen individual members of the US representative house to sue the Trump-Vance administration, and asked for his illegal disability of the congress surveillance, which the members tried to carry out immigration findings in which both citizens and non-quotes Responsible prerequisites were detained.

The administration has implemented a new, illegal directive, which prevents these congress members from obtaining the information that is necessary to carry out their constitutional obligation to ensure the Ministry of Homeland Protection (DHS) in order to meet the federal law for the operation of these institutions and to supervise billions to taxpayers. The administration commissioned a seven -day waiting period and prohibits access to sales offices in which people are detained, despite a federal law that prevents these restrictions.

The lawsuit submitted to the US district court for the District of Columbia calls for the administration to comply with a federal law that members of the congress guarantees the right to lead visits to DHS and US immigration and customs authorities (ICE) on monitoring, on which non -State citizens are arrested without prior notice.

Other plaintiffs are the deputy democratic leader Joe Neguse; Congress Hispanic Caucus Chairman Adriano Espaillat; Homeland Security Committee Ranking Member of the MP Bennie G. Thompson; House Oversight and Government Reform Committee Responsible MP Robert Garcia; Sub-committee of the House Homeland Security Committee for border security and assertiveness ranking Rep. J. Luis Correa; Rep. Jason Crow; Rep. Veronica Escobar; Rep. Dan Goldman; Rep. Jimmy Gomez; Rep. Raul Ruiz; and Rep. Norma Torres.

At a time when the administration increases more people than 58,000 human and reports on ill-treatment, overcrowding, unsanitary conditions and the detention of US citizens, the need for real time, the supervision on site, never became more urgent. Eleven people died in immigration custody in the first six months of this administration. The recent mass efforts of the DH of the internal supervisory staff only deepen the concerns about this behavior and possible abuse.

At a time When private individuals intervene to prevent ice cream from grasping people from the street and arresting people, It is important that members of the congress have access to immigration facilities.
