Living in Los Angeles with no immediate family nearby, she pondered the necessary steps she will take to relax, including her favorite self-care techniques such as acupuncture, massage, herbal baths, teas, essential oils, and meditation.

On March 2, Liv shared pictures of the couple at their mini baby shower to celebrate their pregnancy. “I feel like I had a graduation ceremony to become a mother!” she recorded her photo shoot. “With a special blessing, lots of flowers, and love, I am ready for this trip … I can’t wait to see Baby G (getting old)!”
