The propaganda link between Putin and Fox News was made clear by Russian state media broadcasting clips from Fox.

The Russian state media also cites a debate between Biden and Putin, an idea Fox News happily embraced:

Republican Congressmen such as Rep. Devin Nunes and Senator Ron Johnson have already been classified as Russian assets, but Russians have propaganda partners in conservative media. The Russians got a propaganda documentary on One America News during the 2020 election, and at times, when you closed your eyes it was difficult to tell if it was Fox News or the Russian state television you were listening to.
As confirmed by the latest intelligence service report, the threat from Russia will not go away. Donald Trump is out of office, but the Russians have found willing partners for their attack on US democracy within the Republican Party.
Fox News’ coverage of Putin is so cheap that it is being used as propaganda in Russia. The relationship between Fox News and Russian disinformation has never been so clear.
