Figma The stocks rose by 7%on Monday, after the technology of the Design software provider from the Openai -CEO Sam Altman was funded in a demo on stage at the annual Devday conference in his company in San Francisco.

Altman discussed the integration of Figma in Chatgpt, which has more than 800 million monthly users. He showed how third -party providers were able to connect applications with Openais Apps SDK or software development framework.

“If someone uses Chatgpt, you can find an app by asking it especially about it,” said Altman. “For example, you can sketch a product flow for chatt and then say that Figma, transform this sketch into a practicable diagram. The Figma app takes over the reaction and completes the action.”

The assistant can not only ask for Figma’s help with the name in Chatgpt, but also suggest Figma when it is relevant, the Figma product manager Luke Zhang said in a blog post.

The rally for Figma was the steepest steepest since the company’s day of the company’s public market on the New York Stock Exchange in July.

Figma has increased his own tools for working on app and website designs with generative AI models from Openaai and other providers.

Subscribers to products that establish a connection with the apps can register without leaving their chatt talks, said Altman. He said that people who work on products in Figma can also start the Figjam tool in order to continue to work on development ideas. Apps SDK is based on the model context protocol, an open standard that was introduced last year.

Software developers can submit apps to check later in 2025, said Altman.

Over time, Openaai will offer many opportunities to achieve revenue through integrations of third -party providers, said Altman. Last week Openai announced a function with which people can buy products that are listed Etsy by chat.
