Bravo fans, we have crappie news.
On October 15, the network officially announced plans for Luann and Sonja: Welcome to Crappie Lake, starring the Real Housewives of New York City fan favorites Luann de Lesseps and Sonya Morgan.
The show, which premieres in 2023, will follow Luann and Sonja on their journey to the town of Benton, Illinois (population: approximately 7,000) as they seek to revitalize and redesign their humble surroundings.
“It’s a fish-out-of-water experience for everyone involved, especially when the two Manhattanites check into the local motel,” the network teased. “At the mayor’s request, they take on responsibilities to boost morale and breathe new life into the city. From building a new playground to reviving the local theater with a full-fledged variety show, Luann and Sonja have their hands full as they embrace their new temporary home.”
We can only hope Benton, Illinois likes cabaret.
