Ariana Grande and her fiancé Dalton Gomez benefit from the uncommon date evening

From dazzling creation, jeweler Jack Solow exclusively told E! News about how Dalton designed the ring for the singer “Thank U, Next”. In fact, the real estate agent planned everything six weeks before he asked the big question.

“Dalton has been involved in every step of the selection process through FaceTime and Zoom since he was on the West Coast and I was here in my New York office,” said Jack days after the engagement announcement. “He was very, very specific about what he wanted. He had very strong feelings about how this should be, a contemporary way.”

“It was his idea to make the diamond at an angle and he told me we had to put a pearl in the finished piece because it is very sentimental, the element of a pearl is very, very sentimental, especially for Ariana”, said Jack added. “He wanted to include that in the ring.”
