Trump takes harmful motion in opposition to judges and jury after Key Durham acquitted

MAGA’s reaction to Igor Danchenko’s acquittal came as a surprise to many of us on the left. Very few of us followed the Durham Inquiry (there wasn’t much to follow), few of us thought that much was going to come of it, and most of us believed that the FBI could not and would not conduct a sweeping investigation into conspiracy to keep Trump out of office. Many of us believed that the FBI was doing its job by investigating counterintelligence concerns with Trump. But it’s a very different story in MAGA land, where there was an absolute belief that large sections of the “deep state” were certainly out to nab Trump, and Durham would round them all up and expose the conspiracy. Now they strike. We’ve seen it from Spicer, Cavuto, the NYPost and others, and now we’re hearing it from Trump. Only it is much more dangerous to come directly from the leader. About Truth Social:

The disgraceful justice system was once again shown to its full advantage with the Danchenko verdict. Durham couldn’t get a fair pull in the quagmire of the biased and partisan jury, where you’re told no Republican-based or backed case can be won, no matter how good, and judges so biased, unfair and angry, it’s literally dangerous to stand trial! I’ve been told by many that Durham’s case was great, but he has ZERO chance of winning in “this court.” Sorry Justice Roberts, but so true!

The ones in bold are words of war, or at least serious arguments. If things were reversed and we really believed the above (as opposed to a conspiracy theory), wouldn’t we be looking for ways to solve the problem nonviolently?

Many on the MAGA right are ready to violently “fix” this. Notice how Trump refers to it as “Republican based or endorsed”? He means Trump’s favorite cases. All non-Trumpers are RINOs. This one-post bomb is intended to serve two purposes. First, he’s furious that no one finds this Russian hoax, because deep down, at least it’s not a hoax, as the Republican Senate Intelligence Committee has tacitly determined. Second, and more importantly, Trump now faces so many lawsuits, especially following testimony from E. Jean Carroll, who is already defending the New York AG case, and possible criminal charges coming from the IRS in New York, to US District Court in West Palm Beach. All the more Trump can portray the judiciary as manipulated.

Ultimately, just like in elections, Trump wants to undermine any element of government that doesn’t go his way and condemns the consequences. This is the “great man” we speak of, the savior of the disenfranchised cult, terrified of a country heading into a new age of pluralism. It is the Article Three attack that accompanies the first and second.

It’s a complaint meant to say they don’t have any land anymore. There is no reparation without violence. That’s the message.
