TI refers back to the time a father spends along with his daughter as “Thoth Prevention Hours” (video)

TI is no stranger to saying controversial things, especially when it comes to his children, and he raises his eyebrows again with some of the statements he made on a recent episode of his “ExpediTIously” podcast.

TI happened to have 21 Savage on the show as its guest. The two Atlanta rappers discussed a variety of topics, including parenting and the difference between boys and girls.

When TI started this part of their conversation, he admitted that women are treated unfairly compared to men from the time they are born.

21 Savage stated that he was inherently more cautious about his daughter compared to his son and TI, saying, “Because sons cannot get pregnant.”

But 21 said he felt more overprotective of his daughter because “we know how to treat women”.

“I want her to know how to feel real love so that she can tell the difference,” added 21 Savage.

Then Tip went into his controversial pocket with his answer.

“Me and Lil Duval call it ‘those prevention hours’. You have to give them the prevention hours and keep your daughter off the hook,” TI said.

He went on to say that the time a father spends with his daughter is important in deterring her from a life of sex work.

“So, you spend time going to dad / daughter dances and you take them on trips where it’s just you and them. Those are the prevention classes that you put in,” TI said. “You have to do that! You don’t do this, well, she’s gonna be somewhere in Magic City man … trying to find out. “

TI’s argument for a good time between a father and daughter comes just months after his daughter Deyjah Harris said they were in a good place after his controversial comments about their visits to gynecologists.

Tip underwent a major test last year when he openly admitted to having attended Deyjah’s gynecologist visits to make sure she was still a virgin.

After much discussion and even a visit to Jada Pinkett-Smith’s “Red Table Talk” the controversy finally resolved and Deyjah’s forgiveness closed the moment.

So let’s just hope his recent statements don’t put a strain on his relationship with his daughters again. We’ll keep you up to date.
