TI and Tiny Harris are beneath investigation in Los Angeles for alleged sexual assault

A new sexual assault lawsuit against TI and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris is currently under investigation in California, according to The Daily Beast.

The Los Angeles Police Department confirmed with The Shade Room that there is an open sexual assault investigation against the couple, but said the rest of the details are confidential. This new claim only complements the string of allegations against the couple that both TI and Tiny have vehemently denied.

The alleged victim, whose identity is being kept anonymous, reportedly practically met with detectives in April and claimed the attack occurred more than a decade ago in 2005. The alleged incident occurred in a hotel room where the woman is believed to have been drugged before death, according to The Daily Beast police report, he was asked to shower with the couple.

The woman claims she had a drink from Tiny’s patron earlier that evening. After showering with the couple, the woman claims, “I turned on a pornographic show, handed the victim a bottle of baby oil and told her to rub her back,” the report said.

Tiny “allegedly sat on the victim’s back” before “sliding up and down on the victim’s back while both were naked,” the report said. The woman reportedly felt sick when TI allegedly stuck his toes into her vagina.

The woman claims she told TI “no” before rushing into the bathroom to throw up. She said her last memory was sitting on the couch before waking up to her private area the next morning, “very sore and had a burning / itchy feeling.”

The woman said she could go from that night on and get in touch with her friend, who also claimed she got sick after drinking some of Tiny’s drink.

The woman was given as much detail as possible for police, claiming Tiny had a genital piercing. She shared details of TI’s grooming habits.

The Daily Beast also reports that a second woman named Rachelle Jenks filed a police report in Las Vegas earlier this month containing similar allegations, according to her attorney Tyrone A. Blackburn. Both women are represented by Blackburn, who is also handling the claims of several other women who have made similar allegations against the couple.

Jenks’ story was similar in that she also believes she was drugged from a drink Tiny allegedly gave her. TI allegedly gave the woman MDMA and tried to undress, but the woman said she said “no” to him because he was moving too fast.

Jenks went on into the night, explaining on her police report that an orgy had taken place in the room with several girls coming in and out of the room. Tiny reportedly asked Jenks to do oral sex with her, which she did.

Jenks added that TI also had vaginal intercourse with her and, according to the report, was ejaculated into a condom during intercourse.

“Jenks states that she believes the first shot was postponed by Patron and because she was drugged and influenced by Patron, she was unable to properly approve of the events that were taking place,” the statement said Police report.

In her written statement, Jenks claimed TI took her to LA on his tour bus even though she refused to leave.

“I had screaming fits. I cried and TI made me have sex with him on his LA tour bus, ”she wrote.

She claimed that TI later took her ID and told her they were going to Florida.

“When we got to Miami … I was forced to have sex with several women I didn’t know,” she added.

Finally, Jenks said she could finally go, but because of the alleged drugs and events, she wrote that “her life has never been the same. I was sick and confused. “

In March, Blackburn sent letters to California and Georgia authorities requesting an investigation into his customers’ claims. He described his clients’ allegations as a “sinister” pattern of “incidents of sexual abuse, forced use of illegal narcotics, kidnapping, terrorist threats and false imprisonment”.
