Danger! champion Amy Schneider shared on social media with whom she tied the knot Genevieve Davis on May 9th in a small private ceremony at the Alameda County Recorder in Oakland, California. Though the couple is planning a traditional wedding and reception for next summer, they couldn’t help but say “yes, I do” to each other even sooner.

“Our lives have been far too busy this year to get very far in planning [the wedding]’ Amy, the most successful woman in Jeopardy! history, captioned her Sept. 27 Instagram post. “And we couldn’t wait that long to announce our love and commitment to each other. Thanks everyone for your support!”

In photos posted to social media, Amy shared a glimpse of their special day, where she and Genevieve dressed up in white for the occasion, complementing their bridal gowns with floral crowns and pearl jewelry.
